Martha enjoys an adventurous career as a soloist\, chamber musician\, and multi-media artist\, having performed in Europe\, China\, across the Americas\, and throughout the United States. A specialist in the music of Latin America and the Caribbean\, she has performed as a soloist with the Orquesta Nacional de Ecuador (Quito)\, as a guest artist for the Festival Internacional de Flautistas in Lima\, Peru\, and as a recitalist in Panamá City\, Tegucigalpa\, Bogotá\, Mexico City\, and Buenos Aires. SUMMARY:2025 Kalamazoo Ringers Christmas Concert - Evening
DESCRIPTION:Kalamazoo Ringers invite you to join us for our 2025 Chritmas concert. Join us to celebrate the wonder and magic of Christmas at First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo at 7:00pm EST on Saturday\, December 13\, 2025. \n \nIt’s open to the public – come one\, come all! Although\, there’s no cost of admission\, you’re invited to contribute to our freewill offering or to donate to KR online. \n(And if you aren’t able to be at the 7:00 concert\, come to the matinee at 3:00!) \nGet a concert poster! \n \n\nWe’ll also be collecting hats\, gloves\, scarves and mittens in our annual Outerwear Drive to help those in need in our local community. Don’t worry about wrapping them\, because we want those who receive them to warm up right away. If you can help our community\, we’ll be at First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo from 1:00-3:00 pm on concert day\, or you can bring your gifts when you come to the concert.

DESCRIPTION:Kalamazoo Ringers is looking for new members! If you’re a ringer at your church\, or new to southwest Michigan and have rung somewhere before coming to our area\, we encourage you to look into being a part of our team. \nKR rings with more than seven octaves of Malmark handbells and six octaves of handchimes\, plus additional equipment. Being a member means the opportunity to find your best ringing expression as you find what you can do across the entire range of notes. Through making it possible for everyone to become the best handbell musician they can be\, we make the whole much greater than the sum of its parts. \nFor details\, take a look at our page about becoming a member\, then submit your application form.
